The firm is committed to giving decision-makers clear, reliable financial visibility so they can make confident, data-driven choices.Role Description The Senior Accountant is specifically hired to manage the end to end accounting of our prominent client who is a Real Estate Developer in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is located in Dubai and includes overseeing general ledger entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing, and preparation of financial statements in line with relevant standards. The successful candidate will take ownership of the client’s end-to-end accounting and finance operations, including project accounting, customer accounts, DLD-related accounting, escrow accounts, banking, financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit coordination.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.Minimum 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 2–3 years with a UAE real estate developer.Strong practical experience with DLD, RERA, Oqood, project escrow accounts, customer Statements of Account, and developer accounting.Sound knowledge of IFRS, particularly revenue recognition and real estate project accounting.Good working knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.Experience coordinating with banks, auditors, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting or ERP software.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic would be an advantage.
