Team members collaborate closely with clients to deliver clear, compliant, and practical solutions that align with long-term growth objectives.Role Description: The Senior Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for managing general ledger activities, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. The senior accountant will handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting, while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and local regulations. Day-to-day activities include monitoring budgets, supporting audits, preparing tax-related documentation, and providing financial analysis to support management decisions. The role also involves improving internal controls, streamlining accounting processes, and collaborating with legal and investment teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.QualificationsCandidates should have experience in Oddo for 3 years or more Candidates should possess strong financial accounting and reporting skills, including experience with general ledger management and period-end closing.Candidates should possess skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.Candidates should possess knowledge of audit processes, internal controls, and compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as solid MS Excel and data management skills.Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and present financial information clearly.Relevant experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, preferably within consulting, legal, or investment-related organizations.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are an advantage.Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of Saudi accounting and tax regulations, and familiarity with investment or legal consultancy operations, is beneficial.
