With a technically experienced team, Triwill positions itself as a reliable partner that supports clients with supply, inquiries, and services, treating customer challenges as shared responsibilities.Role Description The Senior Accountant role is a full-time, remote position responsible for managing and overseeing key accounting operations for Triwill Group. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining the general ledger, preparing and reviewing journal entries, and ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings. The Senior Accountant will prepare financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and monitor cash flow and working capital. The role also involves reconciling accounts, overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls. In addition, this position will assist with audits, analyze financial data to provide insights to management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.Qualifications Strong proficiency in core accounting tasks such as general ledger management, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting for management decision-making.Knowledge of applicable accounting standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS), internal controls, and audit processes.Comfort with accounting and ERP software, advanced Excel skills, and ability to work with large data sets.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced global business.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is an advantage.Prior experience in a senior or lead accounting role; exposure to manufacturing, chemicals, or international trade is beneficial.
