Senior Accountant, Private Equity - 100K-125K

Connect Search is seeking a Senior Accountant for a growing investment firm in the Dallas area. This company has experienced significant growth and is projecting to double in size over the next few years. They’re looking for a Senior Accountant who can help support that growth and continue to build out the accounting function.This position pays between $100K-125K base + bonus and offers a Hybrid work schedule.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysisPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAPPerform complex balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesManage general ledger activity, including revenue, expenses, fixed assets, prepaids, and intercompany transactionsPrepare cash flow reporting, financial analysis, and management reportingSupport annual audits, tax compliance, internal controls, and external reportingPartner cross functionally with FP&A, AP, AR, Operations, and other teams to resolve accounting issuesImprove accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and streamline the month end close

Job Requirements
