- 3+ years of experience in Real Estate / Property Development accounting
- Strong hands-on experience in Off-Plan Sales (بيع على الخارطة)
- Experience in customer collections, receivables & bank reconciliations
- Strong understanding of sales, rental revenue & customer accounts
- Good knowledge of VAT & Real Estate Transaction Tax (RETT)
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience dealing directly with customers and collection follow-ups
