Senior Accountant - Retail

To manage and oversee financial accounting and General Ledger activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, inventory accounting, budgeting, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role will also provide financial analysis and management reporting to support business decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesManage GL, bank, intercompany, vendor & customer reconciliationsHandle inventory, purchase invoices, provisions, depreciation & expense postingsManage intercompany recharges, commissions, royalties & related-party invoicingPrepare financial statements, reporting packages & GP analysisSupport budgeting, cash-flow forecasting & annual auditPrepare MIS and management reports, including sales, GP, expenses, and budget analysis.Consolidate sales and prepare management reportingPerform accounting activities using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business CentralQualifications & Requirements3–4 years of accounting experienceUAE / GCC experience preferredRelevant experience in Financial Accounting / General Ledger Accounting.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRSProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related fieldB.Com / M.Com or equivalentCA Inter/CMA Inter preferred
