Designed and manufactured in Egypt, LifeBox supports sustainability, industrial localization, and economic growth while improving access to essential resources in underserved areas.ResposibilitiesAccounting & ReportingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsManage GL, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliationsEnsure accurate and timely financial reportingBudgeting & Cash FlowPrepare budgets and forecasts with relevant departmentsMonitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performanceControl costs across operations, projects, procurement, and manufacturingFunding & InvestorsPrepare financial reports for investors, grants, and funding programsTrack fund utilization and supporting documentsSupport audits, due diligence, and investor requirementsProcurement, Inventory & ProjectsReview vendor pricing, procurement costs, and inventory valuationMonitor stock movements and stock-takingReview project costs, advances, and settlementsTrack project financial performance from execution to after-salesPayroll, Tax & ComplianceOversee payroll, deductions, allowances, and statutory contributionsHandle tax, VAT, social insurance, and labor complianceCoordinate with Tax Authority, GAFI, auditors, and external advisorsControls & Process ImprovementMaintain accounting policies, SOPs, and internal controlsEnsure proper documentation and audit readinessImprove financial processes and reportingRequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure-related environmentsStrong experience in:Financial statements and balance sheetsBudgeting, cash flow, and cost controlTaxation, payroll, and social insuranceInvestor and funding-related accountingSolid understanding of Egyptian tax laws and regulatory frameworksProficiency in accounting software, Google Sheets, and advanced Microsoft ExcelFluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken)High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professional integrityStrong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing organizationBenefitsCompetitive salary packageSocial insurance coveragePrivate medical insurance coveragePerformance-based salary reviews and increasesClear career growth and promotion opportunities based on performance and KPIsLearning, training, and professional development opportunities
