Senior Accountant (US)

Work Setup & Schedule:12:00am to 9:00am – Tuesdays to SaturdaysHybrid setup with 1–2 days onsite per month or quarter.JOB OVERVIEWThe Senior Accountant should be detail-oriented, analytical and proactive, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment. The role will work across complex financial datasets covering revenue, expenses, and multiple business units, ensuring accuracy and compliance as the company continues to scale. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in strengthening the financial processes, driving operational efficiency, and providing insights that help leadership make informed decisions.What you’ll be doing:Month-end close activities including areas of revenue recognition, expense accruals and deferrals, debt, and intercompany transactionsPrepare account reconciliations, flux analysis and monitor irregularities for day-to-day accounting operations using AI-enabled close management toolsPerform select treasury functions such as batch contractor payments, tax payments, and cross-border intercompany settlementsHandle a significant portion of annual financial auditReview and improve various standard operating procedures for accounting operationsDrive ongoing process automation and system implementations for accounting operations .What will make you a great fitBachelor’s degree in accounting5+ years of relevant accounting experienceKnowledge of technical accounting topics including ASC 606Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAI-forward, process improvement mindsetAccounting System/ Software experience or knowledge with ERPCPA license is requiredStrong English written and verbal communication skillsWhat D&V Philippines can offer:D&V Philippines is a place where you can build and grow your career because we invest in your training and development.
