As we continue to scale through organic growth and strategic initiatives, we are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to help strengthen our accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.Position OverviewThe Senior Accounting Manager will play a key role in overseeing the month-end close process, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. This individual will partner closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial results, maintain a strong control environment, and support the company's continued growth.ResponsibilitiesManage and improve the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement schedules.Oversee general ledger activity and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.Lead the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages for management.Manage and develop members of the accounting team.Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and operational stakeholders to support business initiatives.Support external audits, lender reporting requirements, and investor requests.Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency.Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies.Assist with technical accounting matters, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, and other emerging accounting issues.Support M&A activities, including purchase accounting, integration efforts, and accounting due diligence as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.6-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a mix of public accounting and/or industry experience.Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.Experience leading month-end close and managing accounting processes in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in SaaS, technology, or private equity-backed companies is preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and reporting tools preferred.Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across functions.What We're Looking ForStrong technical accounting foundation.Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.Ability to operate in a high-growth, evolving environment.Process improvement and systems-oriented mindset.Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
