Job Title: Senior Accounts & Finance Manager Department: Finance & Accounting Reporting To: Regional Head of Finance Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 18,000 per monthPOSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts & Finance Manager to lead and oversee all financial operations, strategy, and accounting functions of the organization.

This role is directly responsible for ensuring strategic financial planning, complete accuracy in financial reporting, optimal cash flow management, strict regulatory compliance (IFRS & UAE VAT/Corporate Tax), and robust operational financial controls across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Treasury, and Auditing.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIESA. Strategic Financial Management & Leadership· Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting and finance team, ensuring high productivity, strong operational oversight, and accurate financial reporting.· Budgeting & Forecasting: Formulate annual budgets, financial forecasts, long-term strategic models, and business plans in alignment with company goals.· Executive Advisory: Provide strategic financial insights, key performance indicators (KPIs), and variance analysis to executive management to drive profitability and efficiency.· Treasury & Cash Flow: Oversee treasury, banking relationships, short- and long-term liquidity planning, and optimal fund allocations.B. Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) Management· Accounts Payable: Oversee the end-to-end AP process, vendor invoice verification, payment cycles, purchase order matching, supplier reconciliations, and vendor contract negotiations.· Accounts Receivable: Direct credit control policies, aging report reviews, customer credit checks, structured collections, and debt management to optimize working capital.C. Billing & Revenue Assurance· Billing Control: Supervise the billing function to ensure timely, error-free, and precise generation of customer invoices, credit notes, and statements of accounts.· Revenue Assurance: Implement robust revenue assurance controls to prevent unbilled services, billing leakages, and contract discrepancies.· Dispute Resolution: Resolve complex client billing inquiries and disputes in close coordination with commercial and operational units.D. Financial Reporting & General Ledger (GL)· Closing Operations: Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring complete and timely general ledger reconciliations.· Financial Statements: Prepare accurate financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow) in full compliance with IFRS.· Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed monthly financial variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget) and present actionable management commentaries.E. Tax Compliance, Auditing & Internal Controls· Tax Regulations: Ensure strict compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations, including timely filing of quarterly VAT returns and Corporate Tax compliance.· External Audits: Lead statutory annual audits, serving as the primary bridge for external auditors and government authorities.· Internal Controls: Establish and enforce rigorous internal accounting controls, SOPs, and governance policies to safeguard company assets.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Master's degree / MBA in Finance is a strong plus.· Certifications: Professional certification (CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.· Work Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of overall progressive finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role in the UAE.· Technical Skills: In-depth hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, Tally, or Microsoft Dynamics).
