Position: Senior Advisor / Director – Government Stakeholder Relations (Emirati)Location: Sharjah | Function: CEO Office | Team Members: 2About the RoleThe company is seeking a senior stakeholder-relations professional to support the CEO Office in building and strengthening strategic relationships across the country. The role will engage with government entities, industry bodies, and key partners, while representing the CEO Office in relevant external forums and engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport strategic engagement with government entities, industry bodies, and priority partners.Represent the CEO Office in meetings, forums, and stakeholder engagements where appropriate.Build trusted relationships with senior external stakeholders and maintain effective communication channels.Coordinate stakeholder priorities, briefings, and follow-up actions on behalf of the CEO Office.Identify opportunities to strengthen the company’s institutional relationships and external profile in the market.Candidate ProfileSenior-level experience in stakeholder relations, government affairs, corporate affairs, partnerships, or a related field.Strong knowledge of the business and government environment.Excellent communication, relationship-management, and representation skills.Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders.Fluency in English; Arabic capability is an advantage.
