Senior Agentic AI Engineer

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI solutions leveraging Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building autonomous and multi-agent systems, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and delivering enterprise-grade AI applications using AWS Bedrock and Agent Core.Key Skills & ExperienceMandatory SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.Expertise in AWS Bedrock, AWS Agent Core, and AI agent orchestration frameworks.Experience building multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows, tool-calling mechanisms, memory management, and workflow automation.Strong programming skills in Python.Experience designing and developing APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.Hands-on experience with:Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)Vector DatabasesLarge Language Model (LLM) integrationStrong knowledge of AWS services including:AWS LambdaECS/EKSAPI GatewayS3DynamoDBIAMNice to HaveAWS Certifications.Experience working in BFSI, Retail, or Enterprise Operations domains.Exposure to AI governance, model evaluation, monitoring, and observability frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI agents using AWS Bedrock and AWS AgentCore.Build and manage autonomous and multi-agent workflows to automate complex business processes.Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business platforms.Develop scalable, secure, and production-ready Generative AI solutions.Implement RAG pipelines, vector search capabilities, and LLM-powered applications.Ensure AI solutions adhere to governance, monitoring, security, and compliance standards.Collaborate closely with architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven business outcomes.Drive best practices in AI engineering, software development, and cloud-native architecture.Required Experience9–12 years of overall software engineering experience.Proven experience in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and cloud-native application development.Strong background in Python, AWS, microservices, and enterprise integrations.Experience delivering AI solutions from concept through production deployment.
