Senior Agentic AI Engineer

We’re hiring an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design and deliver production-grade AI agents and intelligent automation solutions for a major enterprise environment in Dubai.This is a hands-on engineering role focused on taking LLM and agentic AI solutions from concept into secure, scalable production environments.Key experience:Strong Python and production software/AI engineering backgroundHands-on experience building LLM-powered agents and multi-step AI workflowsStrong understanding of RAG, tool/function calling, memory and context engineeringExperience integrating LLMs with enterprise APIs, data sources and business systemsKnowledge of leading LLM platforms and agent orchestration frameworksExperience with AI evaluation, observability, guardrails and human-in-the-loop controlsUnderstanding of AI security, privacy, prompt injection and enterprise governanceExperience deploying AI services using cloud, Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CDAbility to optimise LLM solutions for accuracy, latency, reliability and costExperience delivering production AI solutions within complex enterprise environmentsExperience with GenAI platforms, agent interoperability, multimodal AI, regulated environments or Arabic-language solutions would be advantageous.
