The RoleYou will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying advanced AI systems while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and design teams.Responsibilities include:Fine-tuning large language models to support specific content styles and use cases. Designing, curating, and managing datasets for model training and evaluation. Building and optimising Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Developing evaluation frameworks and quality metrics for AI models. Implementing human-in-the-loop feedback processes to improve model performance. Prototyping speech and audio-based AI applications.Supporting experimentation across generative AI, personalisation, summarisation, and multimodal technologies. Working with stakeholders to define success criteria and ensure AI solutions deliver measurable value.Your Skills & ExperienceStrong commercial experience building LLM, NLP, or generative AI applications. Hands-on experience with platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Cohere, Gemini, Mistral, or Hugging Face. Expertise in Python and modern AI frameworks, including LangChain and Hugging Face Transformers. Experience with model fine-tuning techniques and prompt optimisation. Understanding of RLHF, preference modelling, and model evaluation methodologies. Familiarity with data tooling and model experimentation platforms. Exposure to speech technologies, including speech-to-text and text-to-speech solutions.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
