The role focuses on designing, building, and operating production-grade AI agents that can reason, plan, retrieve knowledge, and take actions through tools/APIsDesign Agentic AI solutions using planning, tool/function calling, state/memory, multi-step orchestration, and human-in-the-loop patternsBuild AI agents for IT operations, enterprise support, knowledge management, and workflow automationDevelop enterprise RAG pipelines covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, citations, and access controlBuild hybrid ML + LLM solutions for anomaly detection, incident prediction, root-cause analysis, and remediationEvaluate and monitor AI systems for task success, grounding, hallucination, and reliability from POC to productionApply AI security, governance, audit logging, access control, and prompt-injection defensesRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of professional software engineering experience, hands-on experience building GenAI/LLM systems beyond basic chatbots, including hybrid ML + LLM solutionsExperience with at least one: Agentic Platform like Gemini Enterprise Agentic Platform or LangChain Stack, Agent Vertex AI/Gemini, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google AgentSpace, AWS BedrockStrong understanding of AI Agents, tool/function calling, state & memory, planning/execution loopsExperience with RAG, vector databases, and embeddingsFluent in EnglishPreferred (optional)Familiarity and experience with UiPath is an added advantageFamiliarity and experience with project management concepts and methodologies is preferredExperience with Dataiku and developing AI-powered features integrated with SAP systemsExperience building AI Agents or LLM-based workflows connected to SAP environments through SAP BTP AI Core, OData APIs, and BAPIsFamiliarity with SAP Joule, SAP's AI capabilities, and the SAP Skills Framework is a strong advantageBenefitsMeal allowance & transportation allowance Laptop 100% salary from probation Training from probation Free learning of all courses on LinkedIn e-learningPrivate insurance for employees from probation SHUI is paid on total Gross Base salaryAnnual performance review Annual salary review Lots of periodic company gatherings and events
