With a talented team of nearly 4,000 local and international technology experts, VSF focuses on creating high-utility technologies that enhance lives and connect data, models, and infrastructure to unlock new possibilities.Role Overview:We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team in researching, developing, and deploying AI features for a mobile chat application.The ideal candidate may have deep expertise in one or more AI domains, including Speech, NLP/LLM, Recommendation Systems, Computer Vision, MLOps, or AI Backend Integration.Key Responsibilities:Research, develop, and optimize AI models for product applications.Translate product requirements into measurable and evaluable machine learning problems.Build prototypes, benchmarks, training pipelines, and model evaluation processes.Deploy models from experimental stages to production environments.Optimize model quality, latency, throughput, resource usage, and operational costs.Integrate AI models with mobile applications, backend services, and data systems.Monitor model performance after deployment and resolve related issues.Collaborate with Product, Backend, Mobile, Data, and QA teams to deliver AI-powered features.Review technical solutions and mentor other team members.Key Requirements:Hands-on experience in at least one AI domain, including Speech, NLP/LLM, Recommendation Systems, Computer Vision, MLOps, or AI Backend Integration.Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.Experience building, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.Strong understanding of the machine learning development lifecycle, from data preparation, training, and evaluation to deployment.Knowledge of APIs, system design, Docker, cloud platforms, and model serving.Ability to design experiments, analyze errors, and select appropriate evaluation metrics.Strong product mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.Ability to read, understand, and apply research papers or emerging AI technologies.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with mobile AI, on-device AI, or real-time inference.Experience with LLM, multimodal models, or generative AI.Experience with Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow, Triton, or equivalent MLOps platforms.Experience building chat applications, social networking products, or large-scale systems.Experience in technical leadership or mentoring.Benefits:Flexible working hours and attendance policy (Work from Home on working Saturdays).Attractive compensation and bonus packages, highly competitive in the market.Exclusive employee benefits across the Group’s ecosystem in accordance with company policies.Opportunity to work on large-scale and strategic technology projects.Professional technology environment with leading scientists, experts, and engineers from top technology companies in Vietnam and around the world.Free access to learning platforms such as Udemy, Coursera, and O’Reilly; internal workshops; sponsorship for professional certifications; and exclusive mentoring programs from the Group and Company leadership team.Full statutory insurance coverage in accordance with Vietnamese Labor Law (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance), along with private healthcare insurance based on job grade and annual health check-ups at reputable hospitals and healthcare centers nationwide.Participation in internal activities, team-building programs, and annual company events.Location: TechnoPark Tower, Vinhomes Oceanpark, Gia Lam, HanoiContact: Ms. HuyềnZalo/Call: 0963 957 235Mail: v.huyendtt50@vinsmartfuture.tech
