The RoleYou will:Build and fine-tune LLM-powered applications and servicesDevelop and optimise RAG pipelinesDeliver style and tone modelling solutions to improve LLM outputsSupport personalisation, summarisation, and real-time generation initiativesWork closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholdersContribute to multimodal and audio-focused AI projectsHelp define evaluation frameworks and model quality standardsYour Skills & ExperienceStrong commercial experience building AI, NLP, or LLM-based productsHands-on experience with modern foundation models and AI frameworksExperience with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or instruction tuningStrong Python engineering skillsExperience evaluating and improving model performanceExcellent communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholdersExperimental mindset and a passion for building high-quality AI productsDesirable experience includes speech technologies, generative audio, multimodal AI, or content-focused AI applications.
