Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI / LLM Engineer to join our partner, a technology company developing AI-powered products. In this role, you will design and build AI products, end-to-end, from experimenting with new LLM capabilities to building reliable systems that run in production. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams across LLM applications, AI agents, backend systems, integrations, and automation. What You'll DoDesign and build LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and intelligent automation workflowsBuild the backend services and APIs that power AI products, primarily using PythonDevelop RAG pipelines, tool-calling systems, and agentic workflowsIntegrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and third-party systemsTurn prototypes and experiments into robust, production-ready solutionsMake architectural and technical decisions across the AI stackWork closely with product stakeholders to turn business problems into practical AI solutionsOwn projects end-to-end, from technical design through deployment and iterationImprove the performance, reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of AI systemsContribute to the broader engineering effort when needed and help shape technical directionWhat We're Looking ForStrong academic background from a top-tier universitiesBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related technical fieldStrong professional experience in software engineering with PythonExperience building backend services, APIs, and integrationsHands-on experience building and deploying LLM / Generative AI applicationsPractical experience with RAG, tool calling, AI agents, or agentic workflowsStrong understanding of software architecture and the ability to design systems beyond the model layerExperience taking AI solutions from experimentation to productionStrong problem-solving and system-design skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of technical decisionsProduct mindset: you care about building something useful, not just experimenting with modelsWho You'll BeYou are an engineer who is comfortable operating at the intersection of AI and software engineering. You don't need to have worked with every framework or the latest LLM tooling. We care more about your ability to understand complex problems, design good systems, and actually ship. You should be comfortable working with ambiguity, moving quickly, and making decisions without needing everything to be defined upfront.
