Team members join a fast-growing organization that values innovation, sustainability, and human-centered design.Role Description The Senior AI Engineer role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for leading architecture and delivery of the organization's production AI systems — LLM applications, autonomous agents, and RAG pipelines — that power buyer-facing experiences, sales enablement, and internal operations across the group. Support technical direction for the AI Engineering practice, set eval/safety standards, and mentor the team while partnering closely with Platform, Salesforce, and ERP consultants to embed AI into core real-estate workflows. designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions that support Arada’s operations across property development, retail, education, and hospitality. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business problems, building and optimizing data pipelines, developing and training models, and integrating AI services into production systems. The Senior AI Engineer will also review and improve existing algorithms, ensure model performance and reliability, and contribute to technical documentation and best practices. This position involves mentoring junior team members and staying current with emerging AI technologies relevant to Arada’s strategic initiatives.Scope of RoleArchitect production-grade LLM applications, multi-agent systems, and RAG pipelines end to endOwn model/provider selection (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, open-weight models) and cost/latency/quality tradeoffsDesign context engineering strategy: chunking, retrieval, tool use, memory, and grounding against the organization's project, unit-inventory, pricing, and CRM dataBuild and govern evaluation harnesses, red-teaming, and guardrails for AI safety, hallucination control, and factual grounding on property dataSet architecture standards, run design reviews, and mentor AI Engineers across Dubai and offshore podsLead integration of AI features into Salesforce (sales/CRM), ERP (finance/procurement), and the buyer/investor portalPrototype and evaluate emerging AI capabilities (agentic workflows, computer-use agents, voice AI) for real-estate use casesPartner with Data/Platform teams on the data and vector infrastructure that AI features depend onPresent AI roadmap, risk, and ROI to leadership; represent AI Engineering in cross-functional planning
