Their environment combines technical excellence, experimentation, and a commitment to responsible AI development.THE ROLEAs a Senior AI Engineer you will join a high-impact AI team focused on developing and deploying advanced generative AI solutions.Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:Building and deploying LLM-powered applications from prototype through to productionFine-tuning large language models for specific use cases and content requirementsDesigning, curating, and managing datasets for model training and evaluationDeveloping and optimising Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelinesCreating evaluation frameworks and quality metrics for AI model performanceImplementing human-in-the-loop feedback systems to improve outputsSupporting AI-driven features such as summarisation, personalisation, and real-time content generationExploring speech and audio technologies, including text-to-speech solutionsCollaborating closely with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver innovative AI experiencesContributing to experiments involving multimodal AI across text, image, and audioSKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe successful Senior AI Engineer will have the following skills and experience:Strong commercial experience building LLM or NLP-based systemsHands-on experience with platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Cohere, Mistral, or Hugging FaceExpertise in fine-tuning techniques, including supervised fine-tuning and prompt optimisationStrong understanding of RLHF, RLAIF, and preference modelling approachesAdvanced Python development skillsExperience with tools and frameworks such as LangChain and Hugging Face TransformersFamiliarity with data tooling including Pandas, DVC, and Weights & BiasesExperience evaluating model performance using both quantitative and qualitative metricsKnowledge of speech technologies, including speech-to-text and text-to-speech solutionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environmentBENEFITSThe successful Senior AI Engineer will receive the following benefits:Salary between £90,000 - £120,000 - depending on experienceHOW TO APPLYPlease register your interest by sending your resume to Majid Latif via the Apply link on this page.
