Senior AI Engineer

Location: SmartOSC HCM - Tuoi Tre Tower, 60A Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh CityKey Deliverables & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and the client’s AI division to design, develop, and integrate Agentic AI solutions.

Research and apply AI techniques (LLMs, reasoning, planning, orchestration) to support complex, dynamic workflows. Convert existing models (GenAI/ML-based) into more autonomous, goal-driven agentic systems. Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed AI modules. Participate in technical discussions and communicate effectively with stakeholders in English. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in AI engineering, with proven hands-on work in one or more of the following areas: o Machine Learning / Deep Learning o Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, Transformers) o Natural Language Processing (NLP) o AI-driven automation or recommendation systems Solid understanding of core AI concepts: reasoning, planning, representation learning, multi-agent systems (is a plus). Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.). Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken) to liaise with international teams and clients. Open mindset and eagerness to explore the emerging field of Agentic AI.
