Location: Hanoi | Hochiminh CityAbout the RoleWe are looking for experienced AI Engineers to design, build, and productionize AI solutions across a wide range of business and technology use cases.Depending on the project, you may work on Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Voice AI, Computer Vision, Multimodal AI, AI Agents, or other applied machine learning systems.This role goes beyond integrating external AI APIs.

You will work directly with models, data, evaluation frameworks, inference systems, and production pipelines to turn AI capabilities into reliable, scalable products.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, fine-tune, and evaluate AI/ML models for real-world applications.Build AI solutions using LLMs, NLP, speech, computer vision, multimodal models, or other deep learning technologies.Fine-tune and optimize open-source or proprietary models for domain-specific use cases.Develop RAG, AI Agent, intent classification, information extraction, recommendation, or intelligent automation solutions where applicable.Design data pipelines, training datasets, evaluation frameworks, and model quality benchmarks.Optimize model inference for latency, throughput, cost, and scalability.Deploy and maintain AI models in production environments.Build monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to detect model degradation, hallucination, drift, or quality issues.Collaborate closely with Product, Software Engineering, Data, and Infrastructure teams to bring AI solutions from experimentation to production.Continuously research and evaluate new AI models, frameworks, and technologies.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.3–5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Speech AI, or related fields.Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.Solid understanding of deep learning architectures such as Transformers, CNNs, sequence models, and attention mechanisms.Experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, or deploying AI models in real-world environments.Ability to write production-quality, modular, testable, and maintainable code.Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business problems into AI solutions.Preferred QualificationsExperience in one or more of the following areas is highly valued:Generative AI & LLMs: Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, vLLM, SGLang, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex.AI Agents & RAG: RAG, Graph-RAG, function calling, tool use, MCP, agentic workflows.NLP: classification, information extraction, embeddings, semantic search, text generation.Voice AI: ASR, TTS, speaker diarization, VAD, speech processing.Computer Vision: OCR, object detection, segmentation, tracking, vision-language models.Multimodal AI: Vision-Language Models, audio-language models, multimodal reasoning.Model Optimization: quantization, distillation, batching, streaming inference, GPU optimization.MLOps & Serving: MLflow, W&B, Docker, Kubernetes, Triton Inference Server, ONNX Runtime, TorchServe.Experience deploying AI systems where accuracy, latency, reliability, and scalability are critical.What We’re Looking ForWe are particularly interested in engineers who can work across the full AI lifecycle — from understanding the problem and preparing data, to developing models, evaluating quality, optimizing inference, and operating AI systems in production.Research experience is valued, but the ability to turn AI technologies into real, scalable products is equally important.Kindly send your CV via: v.hanhtt41@vinsmartfuture.tech
