From the moment you join GÜRİŞ, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer who is passionate about solving complex engineering challenges, building production-ready AI systems, and contributing to technologies with measurable real-world impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, train, and deploy advanced machine learning and deep learning models.Lead the development of AI solutions for renewable energy applications, including predictive maintenance, fault detection, performance optimization, and automated inspection.Develop computer vision models for image processing, object detection, segmentation, and anomaly identification.Work with large-scale time-series data, SCADA systems, sensor data, and industrial datasets.Build scalable, reliable AI inference pipelines and integrate models into production software.Optimize model performance, inference speed, computational efficiency, and deployment costs.Collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, robotics engineers, and product teams.Establish best practices for model evaluation, monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture and strategic technology decisions.Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, including foundation models, generative AI, and advanced learning architectures.Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.Advanced Python programming skills.Strong practical experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.Experience developing and deploying computer vision and/or time-series machine learning models.Solid understanding of deep learning architectures, model optimization, and statistical learning methods.Experience with ML deployment, Docker, REST APIs, and production inference systems.Familiarity with MLOps practices, experiment tracking, model versioning, and monitoring.Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and an engineering-oriented mindset.Proficiency in English.Preferred QualificationsExperience with industrial AI, renewable energy, predictive maintenance, or energy forecasting.Knowledge of SCADA, IoT, and industrial sensor technologies.Experience developing AI models for drone imagery, automated inspection, or defect detection.Familiarity with OpenCV, YOLO architectures, and image segmentation frameworks.Experience with transformers, LLMs, multimodal AI, or AI agents.Knowledge of edge AI, GPU optimization, ONNX, or TensorRT.Experience leading technical projects or mentoring engineering teams.What We OfferThe opportunity to develop AI technologies with direct applications in the global renewable energy industry.Access to real-world industrial datasets and challenging engineering problems.The chance to take ownership of AI products from early development through commercial deployment.Collaboration with experienced engineers across AI, software, robotics, and energy operations.Exposure to international energy projects and global technology markets.A dynamic, innovation-driven environment where technical expertise and new ideas are valued.Opportunities for professional development and technical leadership.Join UsAt GÜRİŞ Technology, we don’t develop AI simply for the sake of innovation.
