unlock new possibilities. ResponsibilitiesResearch, design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and AI-powered products for real-world, real-time, and large-scale applications.Build AI solutions across Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, Agentic AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.Design and develop AI Agents and Agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, tool calling, workflow execution, and autonomous task handling.Build applications powered by LLMs, RAG pipelines, semantic search, enterprise knowledge bases, and intelligent question-answering systems.Design AI workflows with guardrails, validation, fallback mechanisms, monitoring, logging, and tracing to ensure reliability and quality.Develop scalable pipelines covering data processing, model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, inference, and production deployment.Develop AI services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Flask, gRPC, or equivalent technologies.Integrate AI/LLM solutions with internal systems, enterprise data sources, APIs, databases, and business platforms.Evaluate AI models and applications based on accuracy, relevance, latency, cost, reliability, and user experience.Optimize AI models and services for performance, scalability, latency, and deployment efficiency.Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI systems running in production.Collaborate with AI Researchers, Software Engineers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.Research and experiment with emerging technologies in Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and AI automation.Contribute to technical innovation, system design, research, and continuous improvement of AI engineering practices. RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, or AI product development.Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Unsloth, or equivalent.Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and fundamental AI concepts including mathematics, probability, optimization, and model evaluation.Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML models or AI applications in production environments.Practical experience with one or more of: LLMs, RAG, Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, Computer Vision.Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, or enterprise knowledge systems.Experience with AI/LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent technologies.Experience working with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs is a plus.Good understanding of AI agent architecture, tool calling, memory, planning, orchestration, and multi-agent systems.Strong software engineering skills with experience in API development, FastAPI/Flask/gRPC, microservices, asynchronous programming, and scalable system architecture.Experience building reliable AI systems with concurrency management, caching, retry mechanisms, exception handling, logging, monitoring, and debugging.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Linux, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure is a plus.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, system design, and communication skills.Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions.Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English. Preferred QualificationsExperience building and operating Generative AI or Agentic AI systems in production.Experience with LLM/VLM training or fine-tuning, including Unsloth, LlamaFactory, TRL, verl, or equivalent frameworks.Experience with vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, or other LLM serving technologies.Experience with vector databases such as Milvus, Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone, Elasticsearch, or PostgreSQL/pgvector.Experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Knowledge of MLflow, W&B, MLOps, model monitoring, observability, and AI evaluation.Knowledge of guardrails, hallucination mitigation, model safety, and AI cost optimization.Experience with distributed training or large-scale data processing.Experience with workflow automation/orchestration tools such as n8n, Airflow, or equivalent.Experience in recommendation systems, search engines, OCR, Document AI, or multimodal AI.Experience developing AI products for enterprise, consumer applications, customer service, sales, operations, or business process automation.Experience working across multiple domains and adapting AI solutions to different business requirements.Contributions to research papers, open-source projects, or ML/AI communities
