With nearly 4,000 technology experts, VSF is building large-scale AI solutions that create real-world impact.About the RoleWe are looking for Mid/Senior AI Engineers to design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI solutions across Computer Vision, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.You will work closely with AI Researchers, Software Engineers, and Product teams to turn cutting-edge AI technologies into scalable, reliable products.What You'll DoDesign, develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models for real-time and large-scale applications.Build AI solutions across Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, RAG, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.Develop end-to-end ML pipelines covering data preparation, training, evaluation, deployment, and inference.Build reliable AI workflows with guardrails, validation, fallback mechanisms, monitoring, and observability.Develop scalable AI services and APIs using modern software engineering practices.Optimize model performance, latency, scalability, and deployment efficiency.Collaborate with researchers, software engineers, and product teams to deliver production AI products.Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML technologies and research.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.Strong programming skills in Python.Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Unsloth, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, optimization, probability, and AI algorithms.Experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production.Practical experience in one or more areas: Computer Vision, NLP / LLM, RAG, Generative AI, Agentic AIStrong software engineering skills with FastAPI, gRPC, microservices, asynchronous programming, and scalable architectures.Experience with AI system reliability, including caching, retry mechanisms, logging, monitoring, debugging, and concurrency management.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, AWS/GCP or distributed data processing is a plus.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Why Join Us?Work on large-scale and strategic AI projects.Collaborate with leading AI researchers, engineers, and technology experts.Competitive compensation and performance-based bonus.Flexible working hours and work-from-home policy on working Saturdays.Learning opportunities through internal workshops, certifications, and mentoring programs.Comprehensive statutory insurance and private healthcare benefits.Access to benefits across the Vingroup ecosystem.
