Senior AI Faculty / AI Trainer

Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced AI Faculty member to train students in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and practical AI applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and industry exposure to prepare students for real-world AI careers.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver classroom and online training in AI-related subjects.Teach Python programming for AI applications.Train students in Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals.Conduct hands-on sessions on Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and AI automation.Guide students in building real-world AI projects and portfolios.Develop and update curriculum, assignments, and learning materials according to industry trends.Mentor students for internships, hackathons, certifications, and placements.Evaluate student performance through assignments, assessments, and project reviews.Stay updated with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and technologies.Collaborate with the academic team to improve course quality.Conduct workshops, seminars, webinars, and demo sessions.Support marketing and admissions through technical presentations, career guidance sessions, and open-house events when required.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Python.Good understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and AI workflows.Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, LangChain/LlamaIndex or similar AI frameworks.Experience with databases, APIs, and cloud AI services is an advantage.Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for students.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, IT, or a related field.1+ years of teaching or industry experience in AI/ML.Relevant AI certifications are preferred.Experience in developing industry-level AI applications is a plus.Desired QualitiesPassion for teaching and mentoring.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Continuous learner with enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies.Team player with excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to inspire students to build innovative AI solutions. To apply, kindly share your updated resume on: recruitment@shahanigroup.com
