Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer - Turkish Speaking

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and work on KYC/KYB, identity verification, fraud detection, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and related systems.ResponsibilitiesDevelop AI/ML solutions for KYC/KYB and digital identity verification processesDevelop solutions for OCR, document recognition, fraud detection, and tampering/manipulation detection for passports, ID cards, and similar documentsDevelop face recognition, face matching, liveness detection, and anti-spoofing solutionsDevelop models to detect fraudulent receipts, invoices, identity documents, and other financial/digital documentsDevelop fraud detection, anomaly detection, risk scoring, and suspicious transaction detection modelsPerform ML-based analysis of transaction behavior, user profiles, and anomalies within AML processesContribute to the development of transaction monitoring and fraud prevention systemsDevelop Machine Learning / Deep Learning models using both structured and unstructured dataIntegrate developed models with existing backend systems and deploy them into production environmentsMonitor and improve model performance and adapt models to emerging fraud scenariosRequirementsStrong experience in Python and Machine Learning / Deep LearningProficiency in PyTorch, scikit-learn, OpenCV, and similar AI/ML technologiesHands-on experience with classification, anomaly detection, similarity matching, and risk scoring problemsExperience in Computer Vision, OCR, Face Recognition, and Document AIExperience in Fraud Detection, AML, Transaction Monitoring, KYC/KYB, and Risk AnalyticsExperience working with Hugging Face, Roboflow, or similar AI/model ecosystemsFamiliarity with embeddings and vector search approaches, preferably with technologies such as Milvus, FAISS, or similarExperience in dataset preparation, model training, fine-tuning, and model performance evaluationExperience integrating AI/ML models with backend systems through APIs and deploying them in production environmentsStrong engineering mindset with the ability to follow current AI/ML developments and rapidly develop PoCs when neededNice to HaveJava knowledge and experience integrating with Java-based applicationsExperience working in finance, fintech, payment systems, or bankingExperience with graph-based fraud detection or transaction network analysisExperience with Kubernetes, Docker, and MLOpsFamiliarity with ONNX, TensorRT, or similar model optimization technologiesExperience working with sensitive and biometric data in compliance with GDPR / data protection regulations
