Edison Smart is proud to partner with a fast-growing UAE based fintech blending innovation with strong ethical principles who is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead design and deployment of AI/ML models across their product suite (financial services, PFM, SME, travel, wealth).You'll:Own end-to-end LLM systems in productionBuild data pipelines for real-time analytics, personalization, and fraud detectionPartner with product, engineering, and compliance on AI-driven solutionsMentor junior engineersYou have:5+ years' experience, with concrete hands-on work in LLMs and agentic frameworksStrong Python experienceData/feature engineering and model optimization backgroundCloud AI infra experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)Fintech, banking, or Big Tech experience highly regardedSuccessful and suitable candidates outside of the UAE will be relocated for the position.
