Role DescriptionDesign, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models.Build and maintain AI/ML pipelines for data preprocessing, training, validation, and deployment.Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.Work with structured and unstructured data for predictive and analytical solutions.Integrate AI/ML models into production environments and applications.Collaborate with software developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.Monitor model performance and retrain models when necessary.Conduct research on emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend improvements.Prepare technical documentation and reports related to AI solutions.Ensure data security, scalability, and system reliability in AI implementations.Qualifications3-5 years of hands- on experience in AI/ML development.Design and develop AI/ML models for generative and agentic AI systems (LLMs, RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, etc.)Build and optimize AI-driven workflow automation solutions.Lead end-to-end ML model development lifecycle: data collection, pre-processing, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into real-world applications.Evaluate open-source and commercial LLMs and tools for integration.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to establishing best practices in AI/ML development.Stay updated with the latest research and trends in AI/ML and incorporate relevant advancements into our solutions.
