Senior AI/ML Engineer

🚀 AI/ML Engineer 📍 Prague (preferred) / Remote within the Czech RepublicWe are currently hiring several AI/ML Engineers for an innovative global technology company operating in the market research and data intelligence space. The company connects businesses with hundreds of millions of respondents across more than 150 countries and is investing heavily in AI to transform how insights are generated.As part of a brand-new Synthetic Data Platform, you'll help build production-grade machine learning models that understand and simulate human survey responses. This is a greenfield initiative with significant visibility and impact across the business.What you'll be working on:Designing, training and deploying production ML modelsBuilding solutions using both classical ML and Large Language Models (LLMs)Fine-tuning open-weight models (LoRA, PEFT, distillation)Designing experiments, evaluating model performance and continuously improving resultsCollaborating closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists and Product ManagersWhat we're looking for:Python programming skillsSolid understanding of machine learning, statistics and algorithmsExperience with classical ML methods (e.g. Gradient Boosting, SVM)Knowledge of LLMs and Transformer architecturesExperience with LLM fine-tuning is a strong advantageStrong analytical mindset and passion for solving complex problemsTechnology stack:Python
