Senior AI/ML Engineer - Whitefield, Bangalore (Hybrid Onsite).Role Description The Senior AI/ML Engineer will design, implement, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models that solve complex business problems for i11Labs and its clients. This full-time hybrid role is based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and prototyping advanced algorithms, building data pipelines, training and evaluating models, and deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments. The role involves close collaboration with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, conduct performance tuning, and ensure reliability and maintainability of AI-driven systems. The Senior AI/ML Engineer will also mentor team members, contribute to technical standards, and support strategic decisions around tools, frameworks, and architectures.QualificationsStrong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, software design, and Algorithms.Hands-on expertise in core AI/ML domains such as Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition.Solid understanding of Statistics and probabilistic methods for model development and evaluation.Experience building end-to-end ML solutions: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in ML (e.g., Python, Java, or C++) and relevant frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).Experience working with cloud platforms and MLOps practices for versioning, monitoring, and scaling models in production.Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Bengaluru, collaborating effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experiencePrior experience in a senior or lead AI/ML role, including mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions, is highly beneficial.
