Senior AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI

OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise inGenerative AI. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern AI frameworks, cloudplatforms, and cutting-edge technologies like NLP, RAG, and AI AgentsJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Design and implement AI/ML solutions using state-of-the-art technologies ensuring scalability,efficiency, and business alignment.- Build and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, chatbots, and AIapplications using external APIs or local LLMs.- Leverage GenAI tools to create dynamic AI agents and workflows.- Train, fine-tune, and deploy ML models using platforms like AWS SageMaker and AWSBedrock.- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployment and model retraining.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI use cases and ensure technical solutions meetbusiness needs.- Document AI workflows, data pipelines, and deployment processes to ensure transparencyand reproducibility.Requirements- 4+ years of software development experience with Python and ML.- Strong proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.- Hands-on experience in building Agents, Speech processors, PDF & Image processors.- Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques such as Chain of Thought (CoT) prompting.- Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision and time series forecasting.- Experience with AWS (including Bedrock, Lambda).- Solid knowledge of system design principles including scalability, security, and performanceoptimization.- Experience with GitHub and Docker for container orchestration.Good to Have- Experience working in Healthcare or Healthcare Projects will be an added advantage- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including moderation mechanisms and ethical AIdesign.- Experience in training and fine-tuning large-scale AI models.- Exposure to advanced GenAI toolkits and multi-agent AI systems.
