Senior AI Product Manager

We're partnering with a well-funded, venture-backed AI company that's modernizing a large legacy industry through computer vision, machine learning, and modern software. Following a recent funding round, the company is expanding its product organization and hiring a Senior Product Manager to own high-impact, customer-facing AI products from concept through launch.This is a highly visible role for a technical product manager who enjoys solving complex product problems, working closely with engineering, and shipping products customers actively use. You'll partner directly with engineering, design, GTM, customers, and executive leadership to define product strategy, make thoughtful technical tradeoffs, and build AI-powered software used in the real world.This is a full-time, permanent position onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.Responsibilities:Own customer-facing AI products from customer discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing iteration.Partner closely with engineering to define product requirements, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality software.Translate customer needs, usage data, and market opportunities into clear product strategy and prioritized roadmaps.Drive product decisions using customer feedback, experimentation, and measurable business outcomes.Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, GTM, customer success, and leadership to execute quickly and effectively.Engage directly with customers to understand problems, validate solutions, and continuously improve the product experience.Help scale product processes while maintaining a fast-moving, startup mindset.Must-Have Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.3+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience combining software engineering and product ownership.Demonstrated experience owning customer-facing products end-to-end, from problem definition through launch and post-launch iteration.Strong technical aptitude with the ability to partner deeply with engineering on architecture, APIs, AI/ML systems, and technical tradeoffs.Experience working within a rigorous product management organization with strong product development standards.Experience making data-informed product decisions and balancing customer experience, technical complexity, and business impact.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.High ownership, structured thinking, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.Nice to Have Skills:Prior software engineering or other technical background.Experience building AI, machine learning, computer vision, ranking, personalization, recommendation, or other technically complex software products.Experience working on products with large-scale customer adoption.Experience building products from 0→1 or scaling products in high-growth technology companies.Why Join?Build AI-powered products that solve real-world customer problems at scale.Join a well-funded company entering a major growth phase.Work alongside a highly technical engineering and product team.Own meaningful product areas with direct visibility to executive leadership.Help shape the long-term product strategy of a rapidly growing AI company.Benefits:Competitive compensation package including equity.100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision and base life insurance.401k (traditional and roth options).Flexible paid time off.Daily team breakfasts, dinners, and regular team off-sites.Free onsite EV charging.
