The work here moves fast, the customers are real, and the impact on operations is concrete.The RoleWe're hiring an Senior AI Product Manager to help drive the product work behind our MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and agentic use cases. You'll partner with our VP of Product on strategy and roadmap, write the product requirements that engineering builds against, prototype AI experiences to validate ideas quickly, and spend meaningful time in the field — talking to and demoing to the customers who run the warehouses, plants, and DCs we serve. You'll also partner with our marketing team on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market activities.This role sits at the intersection of product management, hands-on AI prototyping, customer engagement, and product marketing support. You will help shape the product strategy and roadmap and own the day-to-day product work that turns AI ambition into shipped, valuable capabilities for our customers.The ideal candidate is a senior PM with real AI product experience who's excited to roll up their sleeves. You use tools such as Claude Code, and Claude Cowork to prototype agentic workflows and validate ideas fast. You're equally comfortable in a customer discovery call with a VP of Operations at a distribution center as you are drafting a product spec or demoing a new AI capability.What You'll DoProduct Management (Primary Focus)Write detailed product requirements for our MCP server and agentic use cases — including SOP retrieval, execution intelligence, coaching insights, action-taking agents, and cross-system workflowsPrototype AI experiences using Claude, and other agentic tools — turning ideas into working prototypes to validate direction before engineering invests real cyclesTalk to and demo for customers regularly — lead discovery interviews, demo new capabilities, run beta programs, join executive briefings and sales calls, and visit warehouses and plants to bring the voice of the customer into every product decisionPartner with the VP of Product on strategy and roadmap — bringing customer insights, prototypes, competitive intelligence, and market signals into strategic decisionsPartner with engineering and design to translate customer needs into shippable specifications, resolve tradeoffs, and drive executionDefine feature-level success metrics — what "good" looks like for each capability, and monitor adoption, quality, and impact after launchContribute to AI safety and governance design — approval workflows, permission scopes, human-in-the-loop patterns that customers trustProduct Marketing SupportSupport the marketing team on positioning, messaging, and launches for AI capabilities — providing product expertise, technical depth, and customer insight that inform their workContribute to launch plans and content — draft one-pagers, demo scripts, and technical talking points that marketing refines into finished collateralHelp build sales enablement content — pitch decks, competitive positioning, and demo flows that help our sales team sell AI capabilities effectivelyProvide competitive intelligence on AI in supply chains — track how competitors position their AI capabilities and inform our differentiationSupport customer expansion — work with customer success and marketing on how existing customers adopt and expand into new AI capabilitiesWhat We're Looking For - Required5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping enterprise B2B SaaS productsAt least 1 year of experience as an AI Product Manager — you've owned AI features, agentic workflows, or LLM-powered products from concept to launchComfort and skill in customer-facing settings — you can lead discovery interviews, demo new capabilities, present in executive customer meetings, and support sales calls with credibility; you enjoy customer conversations, not just internal onesDeep working fluency with Claude — you use these tools daily, know their strengths and limits, and can prototype agentic workflows in them without needing engineering helpHands-on prototyping ability — you build working prototypes to validate ideas, not just wireframes or docs; you're comfortable iterating in AI tools until the concept worksDeep understanding of modern AI — you understand LLMs, agent architectures, prompt engineering, RAG, evaluation, and guardrails at a working level; you can partner credibly with engineers on technical decisionsFamiliarity with MCP or comparable protocols — you understand what MCP is, why it matters, and how it fits into an AI product strategyExcellent written and verbal communication — you can write clear, structured product requirements and speak credibly to technical and non-technical audiencesStrong collaboration instincts — you're comfortable being a strong contributor to strategy and marketing without needing to own themEnterprise B2B chops — you understand multi-stakeholder buying, procurement, security reviews, and long sales cyclesComfort with ambiguity — you thrive at early-stage companies where roadmaps evolve and requirements are rarely handed to you fully formedNice to HaveExperience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or frontline operations softwareBackground in platform, developer tools, or API-focused product managementPrior experience running structured customer discovery programs or design partner programsPrior experience supporting product marketingExperience with evaluation frameworks for LLM systems (LLM-as-judge, human eval, benchmark design)Familiarity with WMS, HRIS, or operational system integrationsExperience shipping AI features to enterprise customers with strict security and compliance requirementsPrior work at an early-stage startup
