Senior AI Product Manager

Senior Product Manager, AI (Healthcare, NYC, on-site)Lumira Search is partnering with a fast-growing, well-funded AI startup building agentic AI for healthcare operations, automating high-friction administrative workflows for provider organizations.Strong early traction with health systems and outpatient groups, and scaling quickly.We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the AI product roadmap end to end, from agent design and workflow automation through deployment with enterprise healthcare customers.What you'll do:Own the product strategy and roadmap for one or more core AI agent workflows. Work closely with engineering and applied AI/ML teams to ship agentic features that operate reliably in real world clinical and administrative environments.Partner directly with provider organizations to translate messy real world workflows into product requirements.Define and track the metrics that matter for AI product performance and iterate fast.What we're looking for:5+ years in product management, with meaningful time spent on AI/ML powered products, ideally in healthcare, though strong AI product backgrounds from adjacent regulated industries will be considered.Comfort operating in ambiguity at an early stage startup, with the judgment to prioritize ruthlessly.Experience partnering with enterprise customers a strong plus.This role is on site in New York City.Interested in learning more, apply directly or email me at llachhab@lumirasearch.com
