You'll play a key role in identifying, shaping and scaling AI products that deliver measurable commercial value, working across a diverse portfolio of high-impact initiatives rather than focusing on a single product roadmap. The RoleAs a Senior AI Product Owner, you will act as a domain lead across multiple AI initiatives, helping to bridge the gap between commercial stakeholders and technical delivery teams.Key responsibilities include:Identifying and prioritising AI and Generative AI opportunities across commercial functionsWorking with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and define high-value use casesLeading discovery activities, problem framing and opportunity assessmentBuilding and managing a prioritised portfolio of AI initiativesTaking AI products from concept and proof of value through to deployment and adoptionDefining success metrics, value hypotheses and acceptance criteriaCollaborating with AI specialists, engineers and delivery teams to bring solutions into productionDriving testing, feedback collection and iterative product improvementSupporting user adoption through training, communication and operational changeMeasuring product performance, business impact and realised benefitsBalancing innovation with governance, compliance, security and responsible AI practicesYour Skills & ExperienceStrong Product Management or Product Ownership experience within a commercial environmentExperience working on AI or Generative AI products and use casesDemonstrable ability to identify, shape and deliver AI solutions that create business valueStrong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior decision-makersExperience leading discovery and translating business problems into product opportunitiesCommercially minded with the ability to balance customer needs, business outcomes and technical feasibilityComfortable operating in ambiguity and managing multiple initiatives simultaneouslyStrong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive alignment and decision-makingExperience taking AI solutions beyond experimentation and into scalable production environmentsHow to ApplyIf you're an experienced AI Product Owner or Product Manager looking to drive the adoption of AI products across a portfolio of high-impact use cases, please apply with your CV to be considered for this opportunity.
