Senior AI Researcher

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Researcher / Senior Researcher with a strong background in DataScience, AI, Machine Learning, and NLP to work on applied R&D projects and developpractical AI-driven solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research across Data Science, NLP, AI, ML, and emerging AI technologies.Design, develop and evaluate ML models, algorithms and prototypes.Work with structured and unstructured data, including text and documents.Develop solutions involving LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and intelligent automation.Translate research concepts into POCs and practical solutions.Collaborate with engineers, researchers and domain experts.Prepare technical reports, research papers and presentations.RequirementsPhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, orrelated fields.Strong foundation in ML, Data Science, statistics and experimental research.Strong Python skills with experience in libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn.Experience evaluating models and interpreting experimental results.Strong research and technical communication skills.2+ years of research / applied R&D experience.NLP experience: text classification, information extraction, NER, semantic search, summarisation, etc.Experience with LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs or AI agents.Publications, patents or other research contributions.
