Senior AI Software Engineer x3Location - Abu Dhabi /DubaiExperience-5+ YearsBanking Domain ExperienceCandidates must have global experience or managed international projects, plus point would be banking projects.Kindly look for candidates with diversity mix, locations such as eastern Europe/Canada/US etc would be great addition.ROLE PROFILE• Designs, develops, and optimizes AI Products for the Bank, collaboratingwith cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and engaging user experiencesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Develop robust full-stack applications and APIs using modern interfaces andevent-drive and api-first backend services• Build reusable components and libraries using modern frameworks• Build cloud-native applications leveraging Microsoft Azure or other majorcloud services• Optimize application frontend and backend for usability, performance,scalability, and security.• Implement data protection measures, authentication protocols, and securitybest practices• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and productmanagers on refining features• Collaborate with Data Scientist and Data Engineers to improve the DataQuality and Insights.• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to maintain code quality andreliability• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practicesPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS• 5+ years of experience in Product development, preferrable AI Products• Strong expertise in full-stack on Backend and/or Frontend development• Experience with modern technologies like Python, Rust Golang,React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar• Skilled in designing and integrating secure, production-grade APIs, includingAPI versioning, observability (monitoring, tracing, logging and implementingmodern authentication mechanism• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker,Kubernetes)• AI/ ML, GenAI, and agentic frameworks (LangGraph, Microsoft AgentFramework, etc.) experience a bonus• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and deployment automation• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Engineering, or related field required
