The role focuses on building production-ready solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and intelligent automation, supported by strong .NET, cloud, and software engineering practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.Hands-on experience developing LLM and Generative AI-powered applications.Experience with AI platforms and APIs such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini.Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, RAG, function/tool calling, and AI agent workflows.Understanding of LLMOps/MLOps practices, including evaluation, versioning, monitoring, deployment, and cost-performance optimization.Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/Codex, or Gemini Code Assist.Strong experience with C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs.Experience with multi-layered or Clean Architecture, microservices, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean code practices.Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Docker, Git, and CI/CD processes, preferably Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.Good command of written and spoken English.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.Familiarity with Python, vector databases, or Azure AI services.Experience with Kubernetes, observability tools, or event-driven architectures.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain production-grade Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.Build RAG solutions, AI agents, natural language interfaces, and intelligent automation workflows.Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and internal business systems.Evaluate models and AI outputs based on accuracy, relevance, security, latency, and cost.Implement LLMOps/MLOps processes for prompt and model versioning, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.Develop scalable backend applications and services using C# and ASP.NET Core.Design solutions based on clean, multi-layered, microservice-oriented, and cloud-native architectures.Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability.Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deploy containerized applications to Microsoft Azure.Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and prepare technical documentation.Collaborate with software, data, product, security, and business teams.What We Offer YouPrivate Health InsuranceEmployee Shuttle ServiceMeal Voucher / CanteenMonthly Employee Support Package (Assortment of Hayat Products or Food Package)Monthly Internet AllowanceBaby Diaper Support (For Children Up to 4 Years Old) and Diaper Support (for 1st Degree Relatives of Employees)3 Days of Administrative Paid Leave Per YearHeating and Eid Allowance Once a YearAward & Recognition ProgramsFLEX: Flexible Benefits ProgramWezone: Rewards and Recognition ProgramSeniority Award SupportHeltia: Employee Assistance ProgramAt Hayat, we conduct fair and inclusive hiring processes.
