About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Architect / Intelligent Automation Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI and intelligent automation solutions across the GCC.This is a hands-on, client-facing architecture role combining AI solution design, consulting, pre-sales and delivery leadership. You will work with senior stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate business requirements into secure, scalable and production-ready solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect end-to-end AI and Agentic AI solutions, from discovery and design through to productionDesign solutions incorporating LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI agents and orchestration frameworksAssess AI readiness, identify use cases and evaluate technical and commercial feasibilitySupport pre-sales activities, RFPs, proposals, workshops and customer presentationsTranslate business requirements into solution architectures and technical roadmapsProduce or oversee BRDs, solution designs and technical documentationProvide technical leadership throughout project deliveryEnsure AI solutions meet security, governance and data residency requirementsMentor and guide a small team of AI engineers and business analystsStay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them within enterprise environmentsRequired Experience8+ years of overall IT experience2–4+ years of hands-on experience focused on AI, GenAI, LLMs or Intelligent AutomationProven experience architecting and delivering production-grade AI solutions end-to-endAbility to clearly articulate 5–10 real-world AI use cases, including the business challenge, technical solution and measurable impactStrong understanding of AI Agents, agentic workflows and orchestrationHands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector databases and embeddingsStrong knowledge of LLM integration, prompt engineering and model training/fine-tuning conceptsExperience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock or equivalent platformsUnderstanding of AI security, governance, guardrails and responsible AIExperience working with enterprise or sensitive data environmentsConsulting & Leadership SkillsStrong business acumen and ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholdersConfident presenting AI strategies and solutions to senior executives and customersExperience supporting pre-sales, RFPs and solution proposalsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to lead, mentor and provide technical direction to AI engineering teamsDesirable ExperienceOn-premise or sovereign cloud AI deploymentsLocal GPU infrastructure and AI workloadsAutomation platforms such as Automation AnywhereEnterprise Content Management / ECM platformsExperience across multiple cloud and AI technology ecosystemsGovernment, financial services, healthcare or other regulated environmentsPassion for emerging AI technologies and the evolution of Agentic AI
