Senior AI Solutions Engineer

Work Model: RemoteWork Hours: Must be available between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific TimeRole OverviewWe are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, experienced in driving AI adoption across the organization.This is a highly business-facing role where you will work closely with business leaders to identify opportunities, understand business challenges, and translate them into scalable AI solutions. You will lead solution discovery, architect enterprise AI applications, and guide engineering teams through implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders across Merchandising, Ecommerce, Operations, Customer Experience, Marketing, and other functions to identify AI opportunities.Conduct discovery workshops and translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions.Design scalable enterprise AI solutions using Claude, LLMs, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).Architect AI assistants, copilots, workflow automation, and conversational AI solutions integrated with enterprise platforms.Define solution architecture, implementation approach, and technical roadmap for AI initiatives.Work closely with engineering teams to drive Proof of Concepts (PoCs) through production deployment.Present AI solutions, architecture, and business value to both technical and executive stakeholders.Establish reusable AI architecture patterns, governance, and best practices for the AI CoE.Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions that create measurable business value.Required SkillsAI & Architecture10+ years of software engineering or solution architecture experience.4+ years designing enterprise AI/GenAI solutions.Strong hands-on experience with Claude (mandatory).Experience with Azure OpenAI and/or OpenAI.Agentic AI architecture.LangGraph, LangChain, MCP (preferred).RAG architecture and Vector Databases.Prompt Engineering.Python.Enterprise AI integrations and APIs.Business ConsultingStrong experience working directly with business stakeholders.Ability to independently translate business problems into AI solutions.Experience facilitating workshops, solution discovery, and AI roadmapping.Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving AI initiatives proactively.Preferred ExperienceRetail or Ecommerce domain.AI-powered search, merchandising, pricing, customer experience, or digital commerce.AI CoE or enterprise AI transformation initiatives.Multi-agent AI systems.Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Teams, SharePoint).What We're Looking ForAI-first mindset with strong business acumen.Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills.Ability to influence senior business leaders.Passion for solving real business problems using AI.Hands-on architect who can balance strategy with execution.About VRIZEVRIZE is a global digital engineering and technology consulting company that partners with leading enterprise organizations to accelerate digital transformation through AI, cloud, data, and modern software engineering.
