As a result, they are hiring multiple German-speaking AI Solutions Engineers to help enterprise customers design, build and deploy cutting-edge AI agents that deliver real business outcomes.This is not a traditional software role -You'll combine hands-on AI engineering with customer consulting, helping organisations understand what's possible with AI whilst building production-ready solutions that automate complex customer interactions. Working alongside sales, solution strategists and customer stakeholders, you'll take AI solutions from concept through to deployment, becoming a trusted technical advisor throughout the journey.What You'll Be DoingDesigning, building and deploying AI agents for enterprise customers.Developing conversational AI solutions using LLMs, NLP and NLU technologies.Integrating AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, CRMs and business platforms.Building proof-of-concepts, prototypes and production-ready solutions.Working directly with customers to understand challenges and design solutions.Supporting workshops, demonstrations and technical presentations.Collaborating with AI strategists and sales teams during customer engagements.Helping organisations unlock the value of Agentic AI and intelligent automation.What We're Looking ForFluent German and strong English communication skillsBased in Germany with unrestricted right to work2+ years of experience building AI Agents, Conversational AI or Agentic AI solutionsStrong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, NLP and NLUExperience integrating AI solutions into enterprise environmentsAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersComfortable presenting, consulting and engaging directly with customersExperience working in fast-paced, evolving technology environmentsBackgrounds That Could Be RelevantAI Engineer | Technical Consultant | Pre-Sales | Solutions Engineer | AI Solutions Architect | Conversational AI Engineer | Customer Solution ArchitectWhat's On Offer?Fully remote working from anywhere in Germany€85,000 - €105,000 base salary8-10% bonus and comprehensive benefits packageWork with globally recognised enterprise brandsOpportunity to shape the future of Agentic AIInternational career progression within a rapidly growing AI businessSignificant exposure to enterprise AI transformation projectsPlease note: Travel to customer sites across Germany will be required (approximately 20-30%).Have what it takes?
