Senior AI Solutions Engineer (Python)

Senior AI Solutions Engineer (Python) needed, English B1+Project: Designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade Agentic AI and Generative solutions. Focuses on developing multi-step autonomous AI agents, integrating with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, data lakehouses), establishing safety guardrails, and taking use cases from initial prototype to production.Duties:

• Design and develop end-to-end agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Integrate enterprise APIs (CRM, ERP, data warehouse) as secure tools for AI agents.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflow automations supporting AI use cases.
• Establish LLMOps practices, documentation, and operational runbooks for solution handover.
• Evaluate third-party AI platforms and track emerging agentic standards (MCP, computer-use agents).

Requirements

Must-have:

• 4+ years of software or solutions engineering experience, including 2+ years deploying LLM/GenAI applications in production.
• Strong Python proficiency with agent frameworks (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or native model provider agent tools).
• Vector databases for production RAG (embeddings, chunking, retrieval evaluation).
• Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Azure Cloud services (compute, IAM, secrets management, monitoring).
• Workflow automation platforms (n8n, Power Automate, or Airflow).
• Enterprise API integration (CRM, ERP APIs, authentication, rate limits, data contracts).
• Agentic engineering concepts (function calling, tool use, memory, planning, state management).
• AI safety and security practices (prompt injection mitigation, tool misuse, least-privilege access).Nice-to-have:
• JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Microsoft Copilot Studio and M365 Copilot extensibility (plugins, connectors, declarative agents).
