It’s an early, fast-growing team tackling hard distributed-systems problems, and they’re hiring engineers at Senior and Staff level to shape the core platform.What you’ll doDesign and build backend services, APIs and large-scale data pipelinesOwn systems end to end, from early design through to running them in productionTake loosely defined problems and turn them into practical engineering plansRaise standards in testing, monitoring, deployment and reliabilityAt Staff level: set technical direction for whole parts of the platform and help other experienced engineers deliver, while still writing code day to dayWhat they’re looking forA strong track record building and running production systemsGood architecture and system design instinctsExperience in a typed language. The stack is TypeScript/Node.js, but strong engineers from Go, Java, Kotlin, Rust or C# backgrounds are very welcomeCloud experience, ideally AWS or GCP, plus some Infrastructure as CodeComfort working where priorities shift quicklyBonus: Kubernetes or Terraform, high-volume data processing, internal tooling or developer platforms, or hands-on work with LLMs. AI experience is not essential.Senior & Staff/Principal Software Engineers, AI Platform - Up to £200k+ base, depending on experience, plus meaningful equity
