If you want ownership of real deals early in your career, in a market that is only beginning to institutionalize, this is the place to do it.About the roleWe are hiring a Senior Analyst to support deal origination and execution across our sell-side and buy-side mandates.ResponsibilitiesSource new SME opportunities through outreach, referrals, and market mappingManage relationships with business owners and stakeholders throughout the deal lifecyclePrepare teasers, information memoranda, financial models, and data roomsSupport due diligence and coordinate with legal, financial, and tax advisorsDraft and review transaction documents (NDAs, engagement letters, term sheets)Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activityRequirements2+ years experience in audit, investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance, or related fieldStrong financial modeling and valuation skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationComfortable managing client relationships independentlyProficiency in Excel and PowerPointFluent in using AI tools to accelerate research, modeling, and draftingUAE market experience is a plusLocation: Dubai, UAE (in person)Find out more about us, and the job on our website: https://www.wusoolcapital.com/careers
