CLO Compliance AnalystPosition Summary The CLO Compliance Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the compliance process across a leading global alternative asset manager's US CLO platform. The Analyst will work closely with operations, fund management, and investment professionals to support an industry-leading CLO business.Primary ResponsibilitiesActively monitor US Middle Market CLOs and Rated Note Fund Structure Compliance testsReview quarterly investor reports and waterfallsHypothetical TestingReview and interpret indenturesDaily interaction with Portfolio Management, Trading, and Structuring teamsRegular reporting for Portfolio Management purposesOversight of vendor relationships, including fund administration and trusteesAd-hoc reportingRequirementsEducation & CertificatesBachelor's degree requiredConcentration in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related discipline preferredProfessional Experience2+ years of experience in Financial Services with a focus on CLO ComplianceCompetencies & AttributesTeam player who fosters collaboration across teams to improve efficiency of the organizationStrong work ethic, willingness to keep learning, honesty and integrity, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skillsDetail-oriented self-starter
