Hiring: Senior Analyst – Capital Development & Equity | Dubai | Holding Dubai-issued passport and Family Book.Our client, a leading Dubai-based organization, is hiring a Senior Analyst in its Corporate Finance & Treasury department. It's a permanent role at the center of their investment decisions.What you'll do▸ Assess new investment opportunities from first screening through due diligence▸ Build financial models and sensitivity analysis▸ Prepare investment decks for senior management▸ Help structure and negotiate commercial terms▸ Work with consultants, partners and external stakeholdersWho we're looking for▸ National with a Dubai-issued passport and Family Book▸ National Service completed▸ 2.5+ years in valuation, transaction advisory, corporate finance or investment analysis▸ Background at Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, or in real estate, investment or consultancy firms▸ Strong DCF and financial modelling skills; progress towards CFA is a plusWhat's on offer▸ AED 28,000–30,000 per month▸ Travel allowance of AED 19,000 a year▸ Education allowance of up to AED 60,000 a year▸ Medical insurance for you and your family▸ 25 days' annual leave▸ A 3-stage interview processIf you're ready for the next step in your finance career, send me a message or email your CV to Abdelaziz@aventusglobal.com.
