Senior Analyst

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual reports, dashboards, and KPIs .Collect, validate, analyze, and consolidate data from multiple sources.Identify trends, risks, variances, and root causes and provide actionable recommendations.Monitor HR analytics , including workforce, Saudization/NITAQAT, headcount, and turnovermetrics.Support budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and cost monitoring .Monitor project performance, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables .Develop clear and professional PowerPoint presentations and data visualizations formanagement.Identify opportunities for reporting automation, process improvement, and data accuracy .Collaborate with stakeholders to provide accurate and timely insights for decision-making.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, Data Analytics, Finance, or a relatedfield.Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business analysis, reporting, HRanalytics, or a related field.Experience in dashboard development, budgeting, financial analysis, and PMO reporting .Experience in reporting automation and process improvement is preferred.Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI .Strong data analysis, reporting, visualization, and forecasting skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity .Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.Knowledge of Saudization/NITAQAT and Saudi labor regulations is preferred.PMP/KPI certification is preferred.Fluency in Arabic and English .
