At Acadia, we’re here to be their difference.Position SummaryThe Senior Analyst, Commercial Analytics plays a key role in transforming complex healthcare data into actionable business insights that drive brand performance and support strategic decision-making. This individual contributor will partner closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, market access, patient support services, and commercial operations to uncover opportunities, evaluate performance drivers, and improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with healthcare data expertise and a passion for translating data into meaningful business impact.Primary ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and integrate data from multiple sources, including medical claims, prescription data, HUB services, specialty pharmacy, and commercial datasets to identify key business performance driversTranslate business questions into structured analyses that generate actionable insights to inform brand strategy, patient journey optimization, and field executionDevelop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reporting to monitor trends and measure success across the patient journeyPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and business decisionsEvaluate data quality and identify opportunities to improve data integrity, consistency, and usability across systemsDeliver clear and compelling analyses through presentations, visualizations, and business-focused storytellingSupport forecasting activities, market assessments, and ad hoc analytical requestsOther duties as assignedEducation/Experience/SkillsBachelor's degree in a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in commercial analytics, business analytics, or a related analytical functionExperience working with healthcare datasets, including claims, prescription (Rx), medical claims, HUB, specialty pharmacy, or similar data sourcesStrong proficiency with SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets in environments such as Snowflake or similar platformsExperience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or TableauKnowledge of statistical analysis methods and analytical techniques used to support business decision-makingExperience translating analytical findings into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholdersPharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience preferredAbility to travel domestically and internationally as business needs requirePreferred SkillsUnderstanding of patient journey analytics, funnel analysis, and market access dynamicsExperience supporting forecasting, segmentation, or performance analytics initiativesExposure to Python or R for data exploration and analysisAbility to structure and solve complex business problems using data-driven approachesExperience synthesizing multiple data sources to generate strategic recommendationsPhysical RequirementsThis role involves regular standing, walking, sitting, and the use of hands for handling or operating equipment. The employee may also need to reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and maintain visual, verbal, and auditory communication in a standard office environment and while working independently from remote locations. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. This position requires the ability to travel independently overnight and/or work after hours as required by travel schedules or business needs.In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for discretionary bonus and equity awards based on factors such as individual and organizational performance.
