We advise sovereign wealth funds, government entities and leading corporates on strategy, investment and operational performance across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and beyond.Our Middle East practice is based in Dubai and works across the region on some of the sector's most significant mandates.ROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for a Senior Analyst or Consultant with management consulting experience to join our Middle East team in Dubai. The role covers strategy, commercial and operational engagements across food, agriculture and agribusiness, working with clients in the region and internationally.The ideal candidate can structure a problem, handle the numbers and hold their own in front of a client. They will own workstreams end to end, turn complex analysis into recommendations a board can act on, and keep engagements running to time and to standard.WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS
- Breadth across the value chain - Work spans farm to factory. Farming, dairy and poultry through to milling, frozen food and condiments
- Breadth across functions - Commercial, technical, operations, distribution and finance often sit within the same mandate. A full view of a business, not one slice of it
- The clients we serve - Sovereign wealth funds, government entities and the region's largest food and agribusiness corporates. Our work goes to boards and investment committees, and the team is in the room when it is presented. That exposure usually comes much later in a consulting career
- Depth over generalism - The right role for someone who wants to become a genuine specialist in food and agribusiness rather than build a general consulting CVKEY RESPONSIBILITIESDelivery
- Own assigned workstreams, coordinating internal team members, external experts and client stakeholders
- Run primary and secondary research including expert workshops, stakeholder interviews and data analysis
- Build, review and interpret financial models and business cases for feasibility assessments and investment decisions
- Produce client-ready PowerPoint material that is insight led, visually strong and meets top-tier consulting standardsClient Engagement
- Hold relationships with client stakeholders through the course of a mandate
- Lead workshops, interviews and sections of client presentations
- Structure findings into a clear storyline with evidence behind every conclusionGrowth
- Contribute to proposals, pitches and client conversations
- Build sector knowledge and thought leadership that strengthens our position in the marketCANDIDATE PROFILE
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, including meaningful time in management or strategy consulting
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to produce client-ready output
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced project environment and juggling multiple priorities
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders, internally and on the client side
- Arabic speaker preferred
- GCC project experience required
- PMP or Prince2 required
